Bridging the Clinical-Research Gap
Taking place in Birmingham on 10 February 2022, this workshop will bring clinicians and researchers together to learn about the intricacies of collaborative research and learn from the experience of others who have been there before.
The workshop will aim to facilitate collaborative partnerships, and showcase some of the funding opportunities available to early- and mid-career microbiologists and trainee and consultant clinicians who are interested in exploring ways to expand the impact of their research, on both sides of the partnership. Attendees will have the opportunity to build a network focused on using microbiology to meet clinical needs.
